She looked around the cave with the small fire she had in the palm of her hand. "ahhhhhh," she screamed as a rat ran across her foot. She fell to the floor in fear and thought "I have to get out of here or else I'm gonna go crazy." She stood up to her feet and continued to walk trying to find her way through out the cave.She walked until she came across 4 paths. She said "now what? How am I gonna find which way to take." She ran down the path that was in front of her as quick as she could yelling "its a monster!" As she ran she tripped. Thud, she hit the floor on her stomach and hurt her knee. She turned over to see a hole in her pants around her knee. Her knee poked out of the hole and was all sc.r.a.ped up. She began to cry saying "that's just great. I wish Jax were here with me to help me." AHHHHHHHHHHAEEEEEKEEEEEKEEEEHAHAHEHE she heard the shriek again. She looked up to see a dark figure coming towards her. She scooted back while screaming "get away from me you monster! Go away!" The figure came closer and closer to her. She stumbled to her feet and began to run as the figure chased after her. She kept looking back to see the figure gaining on her. She screamed "get away from me! Go away," but the figure kept chasing her. Thud she hit the cave all. She put her ear up to the wall and knocked on it. She cried "its a dead end, its not hallow." She turned around to see the figure slowly walking towards her. She wiped the tears out of her eyes and said "I have to fight." She put her hand that held the fire straight out and the fire went out. She said "no, no, no, no, its dark now I can't see a thing." She balled up her fists but no sparks came. She said "come on, come on and work," but nothing happened. She put her hands close together while saying "please work,' but still nothing happened. She began to cry and said "come on work," but still nothing happened. She put her hands to her sides, balled up her fists, and started to shake. She yelled and tears ran down her cheeks "I said work!" Spark covered her whole body, she put her hands out, and bright sparks appeared in her hands. She said "you want me, lets go! I'm not afraid of you!" She saw the dark figure come towards her into the light she made from the sparks. She saw a fox with a limp come towards her a rub its face against her leg. She bright spark in her hands went away in one and and in the other the sparks turned into a flame. She crouched down to the fox's level and said "your just an injured baby fox... what are you doing all the way out here? Where's your Momma?" She looked at the fox's injured paw to see a thorn sticking. She genteely grabbed the fox's injured paw and took the thorn out of its paw while it yelped. The fox ran around in a circle and Naomi said "I'm glad it feels better." She pet the fox's head and said "now maybe I can find a way out of the cave." The fox rubbed its head up against her leg and Naomi said "do you know the way out?" The fox circled and she said "ah lets get out of here... now we can't continue walking together without me giving you a name... I'll call you Pepper. You like that girl?" Pepper ran around in a circle and Naomi said "good then Pepper it is." Pepper began to run ahead and Naomi said "hey wait a second, I can't keep up," while running after her. Pepper stopped in her tracks while Naomi caught up to her. Once Naomi caught up they walked together Pepper leading.

Half an hour pa.s.sed a Pepper led Naomi to a creeky, broken, old wood bridge over a pond of water. BOOM her lightening bolt hit one of the cave walls. RUMBLE, RUMBLE, BOOM, BOOM. The cave began to shake and small rocks began to fall from the cave ceiling. Naomi said "Pepper we've got to get out of here." Large rocks started to fall from the cave ceiling as Naomi and Pepper ran. They ran as different size rocks fell from the ceiling. BOOM, CRASH, the cave started to collaspe on itself. Naomi yelled "we have to get out, we need to get of here!" Left and right they turned dodging rocks that fell infront of them. As they ran they said an opening to outside. Naomi said "hurry Pepper we've gotta get out of here." A huge rock began to fall infront of the opening to the outside and Naomi shouted "nooooooooo," put her hand towards the rock, and a lightening bolt shot out of her hand destroying the rock. Naomi and Pepper ran out of the cave to outside as the cave collasped behind them. BOOM rocks fell in front of the opening a a large amout of dust rushed out from under the rocks. They looked behind them to see all the rocks that covered the opening. Naomi hunched over, put her hand on her chest, and caught her breath while saying "take that cave! You didn't kill me!" BOOM a loud bang came from the cave and Naomi and Pepper ran away from the cave until they couldn't run anymore.
