During the year he continued to hunt demon beast in the mornings and alchemy in the afternoon. At night though he continued training his soul force by absorbing demon spirits. His house is now twice as large in the forest. Since no one owns the land of the forest, he was living tax free. He also built a huge water tower, but since his water magic doesn't work he has to do it manually.
He also expanded the moat and walls to grow livestocks and farm some herbs. The herbs he is raising are herbs not available in the continent. He also have planted another tree of life seed in his garden. He does all the ch.o.r.es at night. Because thanks to his night vision. It looks like daytime for him.
He also acc.u.mulated a vast amount of wealth from the alchemy a.s.sociation. People from faraway travelled to their village just to buy the pills and elixer. Thanks to that, the village had a boom of tourist that helped the economy. The Di main family also became wealthy, enough to rival top families of the capital. Every month he withdraws 100 million demon coins from the alchemist bank. He now has 1.5 billion demon coins in his inventory. He really doesn't need to work. He still have another billion in the bank. Every month he gives Donald a new recipe and formula. There was even water purification pills. Which he wasn't thinking much about it, but to people living in desserts was a life saver. They emptied out all the stocks and demanded more. on the next month shipment. The blood and qi pills where the best sellers. Since the ingredients are rare, the pills are sold expensively. It was 10,000 demon coins a piece. One bottle cost 100,000 demon coins which has 11 pills on each bottle. They sold a hundred bottles a day since that was a limit. It was always sold out, so people from faraway lodge in the inns to buy the pill the next day. They were hi in demand. The next high seller was the detoxifying spirit pill which strengthen the soul force. They where sold 7,000 per pill/ 70,000 per bottle. 1,0000 bottles a day limit. Next was the demon essence elixer. This elixer give you more abilities from you beast essence. It is a one time use only, it was priced for 15,000 demon spirit per one pill. There is a limit of 15 pills a day since it takes a long time to concuct. It was sold out everyday.
Due to this, the alchemy a.s.sociation was busy doubling up shift to meet the demands. They even pa.s.s a few apprentices to train them do one process. It was like a factory. The farmers had a boom selling herbs. They even got hunters hunting herbs instead of demon beast to keep them supplied. Convoys of supplies also came in from nearby villages to stock up the storerooms.
Michael decided that he has enough of the fishing village and wanted to travel. He emptied his house and taken the tree of lif to his inventory. Then harvested the rare herbs and the livestock back to the inventory.
He then went to Donalds office in which he was in the director position.
"Hey Donald! How's it going?!" he said
"Haaa~! I am so busy with paperworks. I wish I didn't accept this position. So Michael, how can I help you?'" - (Donald)
"Ya about that...It's time for me to wander around and leaving for awhile. Don't know when I will be back. So i am turning in my rights to the pills and elixer to you. I will close my account in the bank today." he said
"Sorry to here that...Well it was nice to do business with you, if you have any trouble let us know. We will help you however we can. I will put something extra in your account. I'm sorry i can't give you a proper goodbye due to the enormous things that needed to be done. I hope to see you one day and see how much you change. He nodded and signed the release then shake hands before leaving. He headed to the bank and asked to close his account. The bank teller's eyes opened wide due to the amount.
"Sir! This will take an hour please stay in the VIP room and we will call you once we are done." - bank teller.
He then head to the VIP room. He helped himself to the free coffee and snacks in there and sat on a comfortable couch.
An hour later the teller was holding a small cushion and an inters.p.a.cial ring in the middle.
"Mr. Michael Drakonis, here is 5 billion demon coins. Please check if everything is in order!" - (bank teller)
He picked up the ring, close his eyes and flow spiritual qi to the ring. He saw the money and it was 5 billion demon coins. He approved that everything is there. He then signed the release to close his account. And then left the building.
He was still in shock that Donald added 3 billion on his account. That's a year worth of income. He then transfered all the demon coins to hi inventory, emptying up the ring.
He wasn't in a hurry so he walked around to see if he can find some new books. All the alchemy books in the alchemy a.s.sociation is way behind the alchemy of the forest elves. So the books didn't interest him. The cultivation method is whack. Too much nonsense of a cultivation. He has to find better one. He walked around the market to find anything interesting.
While looking around, he saw a merchant packing everything. He sat down in the stall next to them and ate some chocolate crepe which was so good. He accidentally listen to the conversation of the 2 merchant.
"Dad hurry up! We have to make the convoy to go back to Glory City. If we don't we have to hire mercenaries that we can hardly afford. (merchant son)
"I'm doing the best I can! Who new the last customer will take an hour to make a purchase." - (merchant)
He was thinking of something interesting. He has decided to go to Glory city and see what's the hype about. He then walked towards the gates of the village. He then saw the father and son duo at the gate.
"Dammit we missed the convoy! The guard said they left 2 hours ago. With all the stuff we have, we cant go full speed." (Merchant)
"I guess were not going to be making any money. We have to hire a mercenary." (merchant son)
He then came over the father/son duo.
"Hi! I heard your conversation. I'll go with you and protect you guys for meals along the way. I was going over there anyways!" he said.
"Are you sure? Are you even strong enough to defeat bandits?" (merchant)
He was surprised tgey have bandits. He was hunting for them for a year and cannot find any.
"Sure!" he said. Then he used
"My name is Michael Drakonis, i am a 5 star Black Gold fighter and also am alchemist."
"What?!!!" (Both father/son merchant)
They were surprise to hire a atrong powerhouse.
"h.e.l.lo Mr. Michael! My name is Homer Seth and this is my son Bart Seth. The trip will take 2 weeks. We are in you care." - (Homer)
Bart bows to him and greeted him.
They started travelling together. They swap stories and information of each town. He found out that there are no bandits in the fishing village because it was too poor. The bandits mostly hit rich people but sometimes make a deal to be left alone for a price. Most bandits target caravans near the city. They also talk about dragon territory on the far east past the rocky mountains. This interest him and made plans to go there after he finish touring the city.
A week later, my "Stop the carriage! We got company!" he yelled
"What are we against with?" - (Homer)
"Saber wolves! 30 of them! Hide inside, I'll take care of them!"
He jumped off the carriage and activated

29 Saber wolves came rushing at him. He looked at the one that was not attacking. It was twice bigger than the rest. It was the alpha wolf. The chains wrapped 20 saber wolves while the whip keep the rest from getting near. He pulled the chain close enough to touch the wolves in order to activate the
"Hey! You guys want some wolf meat!" he said
The father and son merchants have their jaw drop. They still trying to figure out what just happened.

[LEARNED SWIFT ATTACK. SABER BLOODLINE (10 MAX)]They continued their journey and found 2 carriage destroyed with body parts spread all over. It would seems that the wolf pack got to them before we did.
"They were part of the convoy! That could have been us! Thank G.o.d we were late!" homer said.
We buried what body part we could find. Took the supplies and load it to their carriage and burned the broken carriage.
"You know what! Scrub the man eating wolf meat. How about the dead horse meat!" he said
They agreed but kept the wolf pelt.
"Are you sure you don't want your share of the profits. The supplies we got from the broken carriage is pretty hefty. The demon coins they have amounts to 100 demon crystal cards. That's a 100,000 demon coins!" (Homer)
"I'm sure! I'm more wealthier than you might think. I have more money than I can spend. I only accompanied you guys because it was a boring travelling alone." he said
"Thanks Michael! Tell you what! My wife is running an inn in the capital with my daughter and my other son. My brother's family runs the restaurant below it. You can stay and eat for free anytime!" - (Homer)
"I'll hold you up for that offer!" he said
They continued their journey towards the capital.
The next day, they came across a bunch of carriages. They caught up with the convoy. But something is wrong. They were not moving. They jumped down and checked the carriage in front of them. There was no one in the carriage. All the horses and supplies were gone.
"It looks like bandits!" he started thinking and said "Let's continue on! When I safely escort you back to the city. I'll come back and rescue the people."
The merchant father and son nodded and continued on. Two days later they arrived at the city gates.
"Okay this is where we must part. Please tell the soldiers on what happened to the convoy and please don't let them know about me being a black gold rank. I don't like the attention. I'll s...o...b.. the Seth Inn after i deal with the bandits" he said
They bid him farewell and enter the city. He activated
"System! Show me the map and use The map displayed the surroundings and then zoom out and pinpoint the location. Its like mapquest. He was symbolized by an arrow pointing the direction he was flying and the end was symbolized as a red square.
He went supersonic and arrived in no time. The bandits got alarmed by the sonic boom created as he flew by and landed in the middle of the bandit fort.
Within a few breaths all bandits on the walls and gate towers were dead when he activated
Since he didn't care about it, it didn't effect him much. But he feels that it was only right to have their revenge and also might as well loot everything.
He then continued to attack using the same combination. After an hour, all bandits were dead and looted using
The wealth he obtained was enormous. He got a lot of alchemy pills and elixers. Also rare herbs, demon beast cores, alchemy cauldron and supplies, s.p.a.cial rings, demon crystal cards, demon coins, different metal ingots, and much much more.
He then burned down the fort to not leave any evidence he was there. Then he flew supersonic back to glory city gates.
He paid 10 demon coins to enter the city. He went straight to the Seth Inn and was welcomed by Homer.
"That was fast! I just finished reporting that we found a trail of empty carriages on our way here! Do not worry, I did not tell them about you as you asked. Come and eat! My brother is the best cook in town!" -(Homer)
He booked the room in the inn for a month so he can tour around the city. Of course, it was on the house. Homer insist it.
Two days later, the scouts confirmed the convoy destruction. Another convoy was set to go back to the Di Family fishing Village. They doubled the armed guards and hired gold rank fighters to protect the caravans.
Michael just went to the library everyday and collect information. He leisurely tried all the food stalls. The strongest in glory city is a legend rank. He was almost at the border, so legend rank was easy to achieve. What he want is beyond it. That is why he is in the library trying to find clues. He looked through the schools which was called Heavenly Orchard Inst.i.tute. He was stopped by an administrator.
"Sorry Kid! Students only to get into the school library!" (administrator)
"Okay how do i do that?" he said
"The tuition is 50,000 demon coins for the year! The dorms is also 50,000 demon coins. The dorm has 2 meal time breakfast and dinner. The books are included in the tuition fee."
"Okay! where do I pay?" he said

He went over the dorm room and found out it's one person per room. The bathroom is shared located by the stairs. The girls section is on the 3rd and 4th floor, the boys are in the 1st and second floor. He was on the second floor.
He didn't like the bed so he exchanged it with a softer bed he got from the castle on the other continent. He also exchange the wardrobe, dressers, table and chair. There was no lamps.
