Kayla points at a dress store which seemed too... fancy and expensive. "You can afford something like that right?""Of course I could!" "Then let's go!" She grabs my hand and leads me into the store. Looking around, we both find an interest in the dresses. "To be honest, I think this black dress with gold flowers would look beautiful on you! Dmitry would love it too!" Kayla exclaimed, handing me the dress. "Hm.. isn't a bit too... short?" "No, I think it's perfect for you!! It's not like you even cover a lot of skin.""Humph, fine I'll try it.""Okay! Then I'll try this white one!" We both walk to the fitting room and enter separate stalls which were next to each other. Taking off my first layer of clothes, I try on the dress and realized that it isn't too short. It was barely above my knees. Nearly half of my back was exposed. "Soo, it isn't that bad." "Oh!? I want to see you Jewel! I just changed.""Alright." Getting out the stall, I look at Kayla who just got out of her stall. The white dress she picked suited her well. Not too long, but yet not too short. It exposed her collarbone, shoulders, and of course her arms. But everything else was covered."You look amazing Jewel!!" Smiling small, I gently pat her head. "So do you." "Then let's buy these dresses!! We can go look for shoes that'll go with them.""Sounds good, let's change.""Okay!" Entering back into the stalls, we change back to our clothes before going to the front. After paying, we walked out the store and head to a close by shoe store. "Hm, since winter is close by, maybe we can try to find ankle boots. What ya think?" I suggested. "Sounds reasonable." Kayla replied.Entering the store, an a.s.sistant approaches us with a warm smile. "How may I help you two today?""We'd like to see the ankle boots you have." I replied."Of course. Right this way." She leads Kayla and I to a corner of the store where the boots were at. "Here they are."With suggestions from the a.s.sistant, Kayla and I ended up getting black ankle boots. After paying, the a.s.sistant respectfully bows. "Have a nice day you two.""You do as well." We responded.
Walking out the store, we head to Starbucks. "So, how about the movies now?""If you want, Kayla." "Okay! I'll check what's playing then.""Uh-huh. What do you want to drink?" "A smoothie is fine.""Alright. I'll get the drinks while you check what's playing.""Okay."
