The empress released a sigh as she waited under the hunter's hill.On her left stood a young lady who appeared 17. Her eyebrows seemed to be drawn on by a pencil and her bronze skin was a sharp contrast to the greenish blue colour of her eyes. On the right of the empress stood an old man with an extremely profound look in his eyes. The gentle aura around the old man was anything but ordinary and the look in his profound eyes also contained a hint of a man who showed no mercy to anything. As for the princess herself, she was tall and slim with a seemingly unbreakable arrogant aura around her. Like the young lady on her left she has greenish blue eyes and bronze skin although her eyebrows were rather bushy."Line up single file to wait to be interviewed of your qualities!" The empress's young female butler sat on a crude tree trunk as she ordered a huge crowd of people to get in a line."This is going to take a while." Wong slowly concentrated on the empress and the people who appeared to be her escorts."First say your name and age." The butler spoke to the person who was first in the queue. The person in the front of the queue stuttered."I am 21."After speaking Quentin displayed his puny aura and smiled as much as he could to muster the highest amount of charm he could. To no surprise, he was rejected by the butler.The process repeated again and again with each person taking turns to introduce themselves but all being rejected by the butler."I'm Han Zhen and I am 15 years old." The sect cultivator introduced himself. Smiling he released a small aura around his body.The butler raised an eyebrow."Very terrible but it's the best we've had today." The butler spoke honestly. "You can stand by the side to be a candidate until we are done with the interviews then we will decide what to do.""Yessss!" Han jumped into the air with joy. It was an honour for a small sect cultivator to even have a chance to see the empress never mind become her escort."Seems like we didn't need your help after al-" Looking at Wong's frightening form and aura Han shut up immediately and swallowed his gloating aura back into his body."Next!" For the first time in a while the butler scrutinised a persons appearance entirely. Looking at the demonic horns and angelic halo was the first thing she saw of this creature. Looking down she slowly saw every single detail of Wong's 4 meters tall form. From the demonic body parts to the angelic body parts the butler saw nearly all of it. The only thing she couldn't see was covered up by what appears to be shorts. Having the ability to see everything of Wong the butler couldn't stand the fact that something was stopping her to get something. It was as if a person could do anything they want other than going into a certain room. About 99.8% of people would go into the forbidden room purely out of curiosity. The butler was in no way different from the 99.8% of the people.
Being stared at by the butler was in no way going to trigger anything of Wong's personality but his dormant form {???} slightly affected his psychopath personality."Look up here!" Growling Wong pointed towards his demonic dragon eyes."Ahhh!""Sorry." The butler was serious in handling most matters but at the base of her was a young girl so she did get embarra.s.sed at being caught staring at a boy. The demonic voice of Wong's had yet to completely make the butler stop staring so Wong focused his entire killing intent in the direction of the butler. Usually Wong's killing intent would be evenly spread out so everyone would feel some of his infinite charisma but because he had focused his killing intent in the direction of the butler, plenty of it was also shone onto the empress and her escorts.The killing intent was a mix of Wong's infinite charisma and the aura of one who had killed countless. This immediately caused the empress's entire group to be startled. The empress who was originally napping out of boredom woke up with a gasp and stared at the 4 meters tall figure of Wong's. The old man on the right and the 17 year old girl on the left both had the same reaction as the princess.Unsurprisingly the trio had the same reaction as the butler. They were all staring at Wong."Is there something on my face?" Wong asked."No no, other than scales there's nothing on your face." The empress finally stopped staring at Wong."Scales?" Wong was confused.Whipping out a mirror from G.o.d knows where the empress placed it in front of Wong so that he could stare at his own appearance. The mirror was 2 meters tall and 75 cm wide so Wong was barely capable of seeing half of his body. Lifting up the 75 kilograms silver mirror clenched between his claws Wong scrutinised his appearance."What are you?" The 17 year old girl asked cautiously."I was raised by demonic wolf and angelic deer in the mountains but I am unclear of my origins." Wong spoke casually.Handing back the mirror to the empress Wong grinned. "So am I going on this hunting trip or what?"The empress and her escorts nodded like chicks pecking rice."Let's go then!" Wong cheered.The poor butler, Han and the crowd were left standing where they were as Wong and the trio ran off into the hunter's hill.The hunter's hill was named as it was because the hill was originally the camping place of hunters. Later on some miners discovered a cave underneath the hill. The cave apparently contained the legacy of a demonic clan. The hunters all gathered together in the effort to get the legacy but all were killed but 7. The 7 hunters managed to escape with their souls barely intact. Apparently the demonic clan specialised in mind techniques. Centuries later monsters moved into the hill due to the remnants of death energy left by the hunters when they met their demise.Today the monsters in the cave were mostly the offspring of the original monsters and were weak enough for most people to kill. Occasionally however a stronger offspring or adult monster may appear and kill many people if they are unlucky enough to find one. Most of the time people were safe on the hunt though.Wong's job was to kill monsters for the empress and let her absorb energy from the corpse to level up. Wong was only doing so because he didn't need to absorb the energy from the corpse because of the system and only needed to kill the monster. If an extremely strong monster was to attack then Wong would have to act as a meat shield for the empress long enough for her to escape from the cave. Unfortunately for the empress's escorts Wong had no need to protect them from danger as they were acting as the last barrier for the empress's defence in case an attack happens to pa.s.s Wong and approach the empress.BANG!A monster's head exploded into nothingness as Wong flicked it with his claws. Another monster screamed as it dashed towards Wong. Before he could respond Wong's demon headed tail whipped out and pinched the monster causing the holy venom to burn through the monster's flesh. The empress watched the scene with horror as she absorbed the energy from a pile of corpses next to her. She shook her head when she thought of this Wong fellow. He was killing monsters and piling them into neat piles next to her multiple times faster than she could absorb the energy. As they have already stayed for nearly an hour inside the cave ma.s.sive piles of corpses were piled next to the empress."I know I asked that crazy fellow to kill monsters whenever he sees them but this is driving me mad!" The empress spoke honestly to her female escort, completely unaware that Wong had picked up every word she had spoken.
