Mmmm. I just saw vol.3 LN version of this out (which actually a while back) I have read the web version of this over 2-3 years ago. I check it on NU today and there wasn't any. so &h.e.l.lip; might as well made a teaser.
I wish larvyde or Yukkuri would try to make this as a teaser since it kind of similar to Souma. Minus the wussy part. After all, It's R-15 harem novel with some of *that* scene Only on the level of Mushoku Tensei though. Seeing how busy they are, I think it's just a pipe dream. I'll try to translate just one and see what happened next.
