Than the Icy Winds landed joints inside the legs started stiffening up, forcing the Spider Queen to reduce the amount of movement it can do.Taking advantage of the situation, the Swordsmen and a.s.sa.s.sins increased their rate of attack. Slashing through the legs of the Spider Queen since their blades don't have the ability to attack any higher as of now. However, once the legs were damaged enough the Spider Queen wasn't able to hold its own weight up and collapsed on the floor.The Tanks, Swordsmen, and a.s.sa.s.sins rushed in to attack the head of the Spider Queen. The Mages cast Fireb.a.l.l.s from the back, they tore through the air to land on the Spider Queen's eyes while Icy Wind was cast onto the Spider Queen's legs, keeping them stiff and immobilised.

The spider no longer possessed any cute phase, its carapace was dark red, its body covered in a metallic fur as green poison oozed out its fangs. The arched sword strikes, similarly to the arrows, dove right into the horde of spiders but this time tearing up a few dozen spiders instantly.Luke smashed his shield against the ground before letting out a Mighty Howl, its resounded throughout the cave. The spiders which were originally in disarray started stabilizing and crawling towards Luke, their eyes dark red. The Spider Queen was currently stationed at the back, unmoving as though it couldn't be bothered dealing with a few more insects.Harrison grinned as he held the large full body shield close to his body, his legs were bent, and his eyes were burning with pa.s.sion. He immediately dashed forwards once the spiders were close enough, his shield tore through the first few spiders while pushing back the rest.Jose promptly cast two Earthquakes, either side of Harrison. The ground shook more violently than ever, causing some of the spiders to slightly lose their footing, giving Harrison some breathing time. Harrison swiftly retreated a back to the original position.The spider's snapped out of their state before resuming their attack. Luke used Mighty Howl once again while the two Swordsmen brothers slashed out once again, using their skill Cross Slash. Harrison, just like before, once the spiders were crowded together dashed forward with his shield held close to his body.Unfortunately, once his skill finished Jose wasn't able to cast Earthquake again. Some of the spiders climbed along the walls and ceiling to get to the back of the group. Hayley, Maddy, and Jose were preoccupied fighting against the spiders.Jose was whacking them with his staff before narrowly dodging their attacks, twisting his body as it glided across the ground smoothly. Hayley and Maddy were both struggling to keep up with the constant attacks; unlike Jose, the two would never go hand to hand in combat. Although they knew how, their job didn't require it.It didn't take long for the spiders to overwhelm the two through numbers along, Jose was constantly casting Earthquakes around him before finally his mana was depleted. He continued to attack but even he couldn't last against the storm of attacks, he wasn't invincible. The horde of spiders stabbed their legs through his head, leaving a b.l.o.o.d.y storm behind him before he disappeared.Now, without the a.s.sistance of the Mage and Archers, the vanguards were struggling to keep up. The Spider Queen, which was originally at the back suddenly moved, the large body tore through the air as its legs slashed downwards. Adam was smashed against the ground, he had been attempting to make his way over to the Spider Queen and one vs one it. However, the Spider Queen didn't allow for that to happen.She continued her attacks, whacking Harrison who was still defending off a volley of attacks by the spider horde into the wall. Harrison felt as though his back broke at that moment, sending him into a momentarily unconscious state, allowing for the spiders to finish him off.Luke, Blake, and Dylan attempted to continue fighting. Blake and Dylan continued to use Cross Slash, their blades tearing through the spiders, severing their limbs from their bodies. Luke used Mighty Howl a few more times, his shield smashed against the spiders' heads, crushing them into a meat paste against the ground."s.h.i.t!" Luke suddenly felt a ma.s.sive amount of force hit his shoulders, his health was instantly depleted, his body rag-dolled through the air and smashed against the wall. Blake and Dylan, without the help of an aggro Tank, only managed to last a few more seconds before their legs were torn from their bodies. Their health rapidly depleted before it finally dropped to 0.They felt a sudden tug from their bodies as they drifted out of it. Looking around the two noticed the rest of the group in an astral form, floating above their corpses with a blinking red "Resp.a.w.n" b.u.t.ton in front of them. The group looked at them and gave a thumbs up.
