War Of The Realms 12 Beams From The Eye

After walking in one direction for what seemed like forever, I finally came across another one of the crossroad rooms. Well I guess they're boss rooms, as this seems to be the place we fight.
Just before I entered, my shadow flew down in front of me.
"Did you manage to find anything?" I asked.
Shadows have there own language which only other shadows and shadow magic users can understand. This is because, when a shadow is produced as a being (instead of just infusing them or creating weapons), they become alive. This is one of the reasons they make such good spies.
"There are 9 boss rooms like this in total, 3 for each of you." The shadow replied. "From what I could gather, they are like stages or levels and their difficulty increases with each one. The final boss should drop some sort of clue, you will need all 3 of these clues to complete the maze."
"Wow, you found out that much in such a short period of time? You really are quick! You said there's 9 boss rooms, is there any other things we will have to fight aside from them?" I asked.
"I couldn't find any sp.a.w.n slabs, but I'm not entirely sure. You should be cautious, just in case. Oh and your male companion has defeated his first boss room. Your female friend has nearly arrived at her first one and this, " the shadow pointed to the room in front of me, "Is your first one. It will be the easiest out of the three and most likely resemble one of your weaker fears. Please proceed with caution."
"Gotcha, thanks for all your help. If you can, keep scanning the area for anything else that could help us. Keep an eye on my friends and if they are really struggling, try to lend a hand."
The shadow gave a nod, before flying off to complete it's orders.
"Hey guys," I said into my earpiece "We all have to complete 3 boss rooms in total. The final one will drop something that will help us complete the maze. They will gradually increase their difficulty and fear factor, so be careful. Hopefully we will be able to find eachother once all the bosses are defeated."
I looked into the room that stood before me. So this will be the easiest one, huh? I wonder what fear it will decide to play on. Guess it's time to find out.
I took a deep breath and then entered the room.
Here we go.
I placed my palm on the stone slab and watched as the black sparks began to form into a monstrous beast.
A gigantic black spider was formed out of the shadows. Multiple red eyes were staring down at me.
Great, it went straight in with Arachnophobia. Perfect.
I gulped before producing an ice tiger.
Ice magic can form weapons or animals, but sentient ice beings have a very limited life span, so they can't fight for that long. That being said, the stronger the demon, the longer they'll last.

Water and wind can do a similar thing, but they don't do as much damage and have shorter lifespans as they're not solid, however they act as very good distractions and starter attacks.
My Ice Tiger growled, bearing it's cold fangs. It then leaped at the spider, starting the battle.
Ok, while my tigers fighting it, I can try and learn it's moves, that way I'll be able to counteract them.
I began watching the shadow's attack patterns. Ok so mostly it just uses its legs as weapons, hitting whatever attacks it. Even though this is the only move I've seen it use, I feel like it has something up its sleeve...
A loud shatter awoke me from my thoughts. d.a.m.n it destroy my tiger faster then I expected! Guess I better start attacking it, even if it is terrifying...
I swallowed my fear and produced a long ice and shadow katana. I took a deep breath. Determination set in my eyes.
"Your going down, you 8 leg beast!" I screamed as I ran and jumped, aiming my sword right into its chest.
It gave an annoyed growl, before swinging it's leg at me. I quickly jumped out of the way, producing an ice ramp as I went.
The beast gave a frustrated roar, before switching its stance.
What? I haven't seen this position before, is this it's other move?
The beat's eyes started glowing bright red, like it was charging up for some big attack.
While I was trying to figure out what it could be, a red beam suddenly shot at me from its eyes. It hit me square on, dealing some damage and pushing me back quite a distance.
Lazer eyes, of course it has Lazer eyes!
Playing jump rope with the lasers, I managed to reclaim my ground and reach my original spot, where my ramp was located. This could be risky, but it's the only plan I've got!
Avoiding another leg and countless red beams, I ran up my ramp, jumping before plunging my sword into its head.
The creature gave a last painful growl, before exploding into a million black sparks.
I landed back on the ground, slightly out of breath.
I never thought when I took on this mission, that I'd have to fight a giant shadow spider, that's for sure!
I gave a last look around the room, searching for any clues I could of missed, before continuing on through the maze.
I hope everyone else is ok. The only shot we have of completing this mission, relies on everyone being able to defeat their fears. My hope is that my own horrors don't appear for a run with my sword.
