A dark glow shot out from between Little White's eyebrows and then a small round tripod Ding flew out. It enlarged and the lid opened automatically. From the Ding came suffocating qi and energy. Following that, a surge of strong force covered up Ji Mengtian and all the others.

Lu Suan and Ji Mengtian shouted at the same time. They did know their stuff. They turned back and ran without any hesitation. Yang Xuan and Die Feiyu stepped back as well after a slight pause.

But their attendants were not as powerful and they reacted too slowly. They were all sucked into the tripod Ding at once. Only Lu Suan and the rest could fight against it for a bit.
Lu Suan's blue Mystic Armor lit up, holding him on the ground like a rock. The force from the Ding could not move him a bit. Lu Ni released his Mystic Armor as well but his was only of the fifth level. He was barely hanging on.
Ji Mengtian had one a pink armor which was glaring as well to protect her against the force.
Yang Xuan's way was stranger and of an evil element. He released two ghosts, which he held on to from the left and the right to prevent him from being sucked in.
Die Feiyu, on the other hand, was hardly holding up. She had on a green armor but she was trembling as if she could be sucked in at any moment now.
"Hmm!"
Lu Li snorted as he released numerous golden needles of psychic power to attack their souls.
"Ah—"
They all had pieces of treasures to protect their souls but they had been concentrating on fighting off the suction force so they couldn't tend to their Soul Ponds. When the golden needles pierced into their Soul Ponds, they were stunned. They forgot about the powerful suction force out of instinct as they focused on their Soul Ponds. Naturally, they could not defend themselves against the suction force.
Lu Ni was the first one sucked in and then Die Feiyu, Yang Xuan and Ji Mengtian. Only Lu Suan was holding on with great effort.
