The way Shen Lan loosen his collar was very attractive. His long and slender fingers were loosely placed on his collars, his fingertips sliding twice as he unconsciously made the most t.i.tillating movements. He found that unb.u.t.toning with one hand was somewhat inconvenient however. Leaning his head to the side, he pulled the shirt collar apart.
Though the collar of the shirt was neither soft or hard, it could hold it's shape. Using his finger, Shen Lan hooked the collars back, exposing the nape of his neck and his refine collarbones. Then, moving his fingers upward, they finally landed on the pink teeth marks.
The shape was very ambiguous. The position was also very ambiguous. Humans were not so inferior to animals that they would aim for the person's neck when brawling it out. Only when intimate and doing a certain ambiguous thing, would they leave behind such teeth marks.
Su Tang did not expect that Shen Lan would actually obsess over the bite mark that he had made. Even more, that he would put on such a big move in front of so many people.
If investigated, this was a very pure teeth mark, something that he had only accidentally left behind when sucking blood. But when seen through the dirty eyes of the world, it will just deform and lose shape.
As everyone gave out a hiss, Su Tang's face became very red. Embarra.s.sed and at a complete loss, he forcibly whispered: “What do you want me to do about it?”
Shen Lan curved up his lips and said: “I want you to help me fix it.”
To the bystanders, saying fix it might just simply be sticking on a band-aid or spraying on some medicine. When Shen Lan said this however, he actually wanted Su Tang to lick it and then let the other person to apply medicine on him. It would be even better if he was to be given a band-aid like An Shiyu.
Usually, for a little wound like this, Shen Lan would not have cared much about it. But today, he was jealous. Granted that this was just how his feelings were, he couldn't help but feel that he must not be inferior to An Shiyu. Therefore, if the other person could get it, then he had to make Su Tang give it to him as well. Shen Lan looked at the Doraemon[1] band-aid on An Shiyu, and especially wanted it.
Shen Lan did not say these things out loud however and felt that as long as Su Tang just promises him here, he could wait until they return home and they could then discuss it slowly.
Su Tang felt that there were more and more people's line of sight directing towards him but Shen Lan did not seem willing to relent and his manner was naturally the same as if nothing was happening. With him like this, Su Tang felt like he was in a deadlock. After a long moment of silence, Su Tang said with a m.u.f.fled voice: “Okay.”
Su Tang gave in, but he was very angry at heart. His little cowlick was sticking up straight and his little mouth was stuck out in a pout. At this time, Shen Lan was actually thinking: So cute.
Reaching out to smooth Su Tang's hair, his mouth unconsciously curved upwards as he then returned to cleaning up his table.
An Shiyu, who stood at their side, witnessed the entire process. From looking at the two people's reaction, she just knew that whatever things these two had done last night must have been very explicit[2]. After all, if the two eat together, they would have a chance to interact and more interaction could lead to a spark. He felt that his task was looking very promising!
When the system heard this, it suddenly wanted to knock itself against a wall. But it could not say anything as it was afraid that Su Tang would start to understand things properly and ultimately disregard everything for love. If that were to happen, the mission would be done for once again.
The current Su Tang was like a very obedient but very stupid student. He had the heart to learn, but his test score were not at all ideal. Even more, he had a face that looked carefree and without worries and the system was like a mother who hated iron for not becoming steel[4]. Beating and scolding was not the right way of doing things as it was afraid of affecting his mental health. In the end, it could only take it one step at a time to figure out what best worked for the task.
This life, ah, was simply too decadent. Compared to a salted fish[5], was there any difference?
The system sighed and continued to secretly observe everything.
After the experiment cla.s.s ended, Shen Lan had no other cla.s.s. Just catching up on the weekend, in the next two days, he would have a lot of time to rest. Before leaving the campus, he called the organization to make a report and not long after, several vampires were quickly arrested and taken away.
As a member of the strike force, Shen Lan mainly pursued vampires with a high risk factor. Though this kind of arrest was not for him to deal with, if he was idle, he would have help deliver them to the bureau.
But today he was very busy. En, he was busy with accompanying Su Tang.
Because Su Tang had only just crawled out of the grave when he had first transmigrated here, he had only a pair of medieval shirt and trousers on his body. Now that he was in the modern world, such clothes were obviously not enough. Therefore, Shen Lan took him shopping.
Shen Lan had very good taste and selected several things that were suitable for Su Tang. He seemed very patient, his behaviors not at all like other men who came out shopping with their wives and were full of complaints.
Su Tang tried on the clothes Shen Lan gave him, and when he came out of the dressing room just to see Shen Lan smiling at him, he did not know why, but his heart suddenly skipped a beat. He even had an illusion and thought that maybe, in another time and s.p.a.ce, he also once stood in front of another person like this, and this other person also threw him such a smile.
“Very good looking.” Shen Lan smilingly said and let Su Tang try out two more.
Su Tang dazedly nodded, his heart feeling like honey that was especially sweet. Again, he did not know why, but he liked Shen Lan praising him and saying that he looked good. If others were to praise him the same, he did not think it would feel as good.
This was really all so strange.
The two of them bought a lot of things and Shen Lan carried it all. In the end, the two headed for the food market. Buying two live chickens, Shen Lan indicated that he could make blood products for Su Tang to satisfy his hunger.
After returning home, Su Tang stared at the two chickens and said that he wanted to eat first. Shen Lan would not let him however, saying that his neck hurts and needed Su Tang to heal him first.
In heaven and earth, the cook is the greatest. Regardless of whether what Shen Lan said was true or not, Su Tang had to agree. Taking a deep breath and pressing his hand on Shen Lan's shoulder, he said: “You sit down, I want to start.”
Shen Lan shook his head. “Go and take a shower first. It's not urgent.”
But ‘super-urgent' is clearly written on your face.
Su Tang did not have to nerves to expose him but he dare not to let it go in his heart for he felt that tonight, everything had the taste of conspiracy.
Sure enough, an hour later, the two men sat on the bed facing each other. Shen Lan upper body was bare while Su Tang was wearing only Shen Lan's long shirt.
Unknowing of whether it was a coincidence or not, Shen Lan had bought many things but had only forgotten to by night clothes for Su Tang. Su Tang had wanted to wear his own clothes but the other person said that the newly bought clothes needed to first be washed once through.
Thus, it became like this.
Su Tang wrinkled his brows and looked at the other person's naked chest before quickly removing his eyes and blurted out: “Why aren't you wearing clothes?”
“It's hot.” Shen Lan looked at Su Tang white thighs, paused a moment, then said: “And it's not convenient.”
Su Tang could not figure out how the other person could be hot when the weather was obviously very cold and gloomy. Could it be that the other person had increasing internal heat problems? Not wanting to think about it, he just turned over and said: “You lie down. I will…… um, cure you all at once.”
Shen Lan shook his head and said: “No, sitting like this is fine.”
Su Tang was now feeling very awkward but did not want to continue pestering Shen Lan to lie down. In the end, he quickly crawled onto the other person's leg and confronted the pink teeth marks.
There were two blood holes on the teeth marks. Though they were not bleeding, they have yet to heal. Su Tang, with a little guilty heart, extended his tongue and quickly licked over the two blood holes. As his saliva coated the surface of the skin like sparkling crystals, he raised his head, wanting to take a look, but he was actually stop by Shen Lan as the other held his head down.
Shen Lan said: “Pain.”
Then lowered his head to lightly bite down on Su Tang's shoulder.

Um.. next chapter has 9000 characters. According to the author, they did a 3 in one for that chapter. It's a lot. Just looking at that number made my head hurts lol.
Anyway- since I dun exactly have much opportunity to use the computer to work on it during the weekends, also adding to the fact of how much of a slow worker I am, I dun think I will be able to get it to you guys by Monday. I think I will be skipping Monday, and will post all of Ch 29 on Wednesday instead.
UNLESS. You guys want me to divide it into three parts and I'll post it as Ch 29.1 on Monday, Ch 29.2 on Wednesday, and 29.3 on Friday.
