"Do you like it?" Qin Yinan asked cautiously and added as explanation, "This is the birthday present I prepared to you. I've been meaning to give it to you, but there hasn't been an occasion that called for it until tonight."

"I love it," Song Qingchun replied with a smile. She placed the juice by the side and tried on the bracelet.

The clasp of the bracelet was a bit too small for Song Qingchun to be able to clip it on with one hand. Qin Yinan laughed with amus.e.m.e.nt and said, "Come, I'll help you."

He put down his gla.s.s and grabbed Song Qingchun's wrist gently.

"Thank you, Brother Yinan." Song Qingchun raised her wrist to the light to study the bracelet against her skin. She then jiggled it before Qin Yinan, asking, "How does it look?"

The moment Qin Yinan said that, a familiar and grating female voice came from Song Qingchun's side. "Yinan."

"I've been looking all over the place for you. Why didn't you pick up my calls earlier?"

"If they can be custom-made, then I want a full set complete with necklace and earrings too…"

"Okay." Qin Yinan accepted all of Tang Nuan's requests without hesitation.

Song Qingchun knew these requests were not meant for Qin Yinan's ears but hers. She was purposely showing off how good Qin Yinan was to her and how much Qin Yinan was willing to spoil her.
